Provide all Project Management services needed to consolidate and occupy a new 4.000 m2 office space. Binswanger Venezuela coordinated all work to equip facilities to TOTAL OIL standards.

- Four floors at Torre CorpBanca.
- Transform the office space to TOTAL OIL security and operations standards.
- Located in prime Chacao business district in Caracas.

- Office space analysis.
- Assessment of requirements.
- RFP and bid process of design / build firms.
- Assist TOTAL OIL personnel in understanding new workplace philosophies.
- Assure on time, on budget completion.
- Full reporting and task tracking functions.
- Assisting TOTAL OIL in setting up their facilities management department.
- Coordination move - in.
