Brief:

Provide all Project Construction Management services needed to occupy a new  office. Binswanger Venezuela would coordinate all work to equip facilities to MARSH standards.

Binswanger Venezuela reported directly to MARSH Corporate Real Estate.
 

        Office Space:

• 1.100 sq. Meters.
•  A floor at Torre Centro Seguros Sudamérica, El Rosal
• Complete Design, Project and Construction Management Service to transform space to MARSH security and operations standards.
• Located in prime El Rosal business district in Caracas.

        Range of Services:

• Office space analysis and Site Search.
•  Assessment of    requirements and Contract Negotiations.
•  RFP and bid process of design / build firms.
•  Assist MARSH personnel in understanding new workplace philosophies.
•  Assure on time, on budget completion
•  Full reporting and task tracking functions.
•  Assisting MARSH in surrending and closing of lease for occupied site.
• Coordinating move-in.
