The property was for many years the chemical production and photographic film manufacturing plant for Eastman Kodak.

• Highest and Best Use Study for the property as its vocation would not allow the use as a manufacturing plant.
• The study demonstrated that through demographic and urban factors of the land, the Highest & Best Use was a Shopping Center.
