Provide all Project Management services to consolidate and occupy a new 1.300 m2, office space. Binswanger Venezuela would coordinate all work to equip facilities to GILLETTE DE VENEZUELA. standards.
Binswanger Venezuela reported directly to the President Alberto Dueñas, through a high level committee formed by CFO and COO.

- Office space analysis
- Assessment of requirements
- RFP and bid process of design / build firms
- Assist GILLETTE DE VENEZUELA personnel in understanding new workplace philosophies
- Assure on time, on budget completion
- Full reporting and task tracking functions
- Assisting GILLETTE DE VENEZUELA in setting up their facilities management department
- Coordinate move-in
